Noodles of Fun

Hi friends!

I'm blogging from my iPhone since I'm having more computer problems. So frustrating!

It's warm here today and I am so tempted to open my windows to let in the fresh air. The only problem is that it is only about 46 degrees out. You know you're ready for spring time when 46 feels like 60!

March is so weird this year. St. Patrick's Day and Easter in the same month! I couldn't bring myself to bring out our Easter sensory bin just yet so I decided to use rainbows as our "theme" for a week or two. Rainbows tie in nicely with both holidays.

Here is what we are starting with. Noodles. Left over pasta that I dyed last year (I saved it in a ziplock bag).

I added a few pipe cleaners for stringing, tweezers to promote fine motor skills, an sorting containers.

I'll add more and change it up as the weeks go by.

What's keeping your littles busy!?

XOXO Sarah

P.S. I'll do a little tutorial on how I dye pasta & rice (or you can google!) soon!

  1. Looks amazing! I love themes. Do you do a play or learning theme every week as part of a preK curriculum?
I will look forward to the tutorial. And where did you get those tweezers? Look nice and kid friendly.
